Titus CEO Jonathan Reynolds and President Scott Seefeld had seen the traditional recruiting model fail time after time &#8211; largely because recruiters were acting more like stereotypical used car salesmen than a trusted hiring partner. Clients felt like firms were simply trying to sell them something and get paid, regardless of whether or not the recommended candidate was the best long-term choice. They prioritized speed over quality and resumes over actual people. Add to that a lack of accountability in the process, and Jonathan and Scott decided there had to be a better way.<\/p>\n<p>They began dreaming up a different approach to talent acquisition &#8211; one that prioritized the quality and excellence of individuals and valued the whole person.
